Yesterday, my family and I went to Lamma Island to visit Herboland by taxi and ferry. I saw a parrot and a rabbit at Herboland. The staff told me the parrot’s name is BoBo. First, the staff taught us to make herbal cookies in a small hut. We needed flour, herbs, tea leaves, raisins , butter, egg, cinnamon powder and sugar to make the cookies. Then, everyone picked some pieces of dough and rubbed them into balls and then gently pressed them flat. I made three strange looking cookies. After that, the staff took us to see the herbs in the field. The herb which smelled like green bean soup was my favourite. Lastly, I bought a pot of basil and my brother bought a pot of rosemary. Then, we went to Aunt Joan’s home to watch her pets, two tiny chameleons. I found that her husband has a Buzz Lightyear toy.
